About After Hours Doctor Derwent
The After Hours Doctor service is when you need medical attention for an illness or injury that can be managed without a trip to the emergency department, but cannot wait for a regular appointment with a GP. The After Hours Doctor will provide assessment, treatment and care for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.

Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)
We are proud to offer services through TIS National, providing interpreting and translation services to ensure effective communication with all members of our community. For assistance, please contact us to arrange an interpreter. Additionally, we support National Relay Services for individuals who are Deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment.

Ear discomfort can occur for a variety of reasons, including minor infections, irritation or foreign bodies in the ear.
If you are experiencing ear pain, discomfort, changes in hearing or another ear-related concern, our GPs can assess your symptoms, identify the possible cause and discuss appropriate treatment or next steps.
Appointments are available to book online, or patients are welcome to walk in during opening hours.
